About me

After 3 years of specialized study and a lifetime of loving Disney, I find I am more motivated and curious then ever to explore the magical world of entertainment than ever before. As I continuously try to satisfy this new hunger for new advances, developments, connections, and collaborations with simulated creatives. Although with limited experience at hand I am keen on growing my expertise, all I need is a chance.

I want to build on my degree to further learn and hone my craft in the creative process of television and film. Most recently I demonstrated this commitment through my QWC (Queensland Writers Centre) internship where I completed over 100 hours of small team, interdisciplinary creative work and generated multiple pieces of screen content for both video and stills. I have also partaken in smaller creative endeavors such as pitching to QMusic, work experience with QPAC (Queensland Performing Arts Centre) and various Front of House roles for QMT (Queensland Musical Theatre) and BWF (Brisbane Writers Festival).

This creative mindset and skills combine with those learnt within retail have provided a unique toolbox of skills both practical and specialized. As both have allowed me to further develop my strong interpersonal communication and lateral problem-solving skills whilst working in diverse environments.

Whether as a producer or some other entry level role, I am keen to listen closely, work hard, expand my network, and operate in effective and creative teams.
